Fawad heads the investment banking group at SHUAA Capital
with responsibility for its advisory, capital markets and credit business
lines.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of
Northacre, a leading developer of high-end residential schemes in London,
Khaleeji Commercial Bank, a publicly listed Islamic bank and NCM, a global FX
and commodities platform.
He joined the Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG)
in 2014, initially heading up its debt platform and subsequently focused on
devising and implementing alternative investment strategies across multiple
asset classes. He most recently served as CEO of publicly-listed SHUAA Capital
which merged with ADFG in 2019.
Fawad started his career with Deloitte based out
of London before joining the Dubai office where he helped set up its Middle
East debt advisory practice. He has executed high profile M&A and debt
transactions on behalf of institutions across Europe, Asia and the Middle East
region.
He holds an MSc in Business Studies from UCD
Smurfit Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from University College
Cork and also served with the Irish Reserve Defence Forces in the military
police.
Mr. Naser Al Marri is the founder of NCM Investment Company KSCC and is holding the position of Vice Chairman at NCM Investment. He is Chairman of Noor Capital Markets Diversified Investment Company PLC, Jordan.
Mr. Naser Al Marri has over 30 years of experience in Investment management, Managements and Financial Consultation and Served as Director of Direct Investment and Loans Department in Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) where he spearheaded a wide variety of investment and financing activities as head of Deal Team, as well as being on the board of various investment companies.
He has Master’s Degree in Finance. Completed various management programs at top US universities, including Harvard, Columbia and Washington and at top international banks, such as Chase, Citibank, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Khurram Sayeed is the CEO and founding member of NCM Investment. Khurram is also Chairman of Noor Capital Menkul Degerler in Turkey as well as Board Director in Noor AL Mal Jordan.
Mr. Khurram has over 22 years of experience in corporate finance and financial management. He was General Manager of Noor Financial Investment Company a Kuwaiti based conglomerate. Khurram served as CFO of Govt of Rak UAE, where he advised and supervised many companies in various sectors and carried out many corporate finance deals notably, the IPO of RAK Properties
(Subscription Size 62 billion AED), credit rating of RAK by S&P and Fitch followed by a successful EMTN program of USD 2 billions etc. Khurram also worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Johnson & Phillips.
Mr. Khurram is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales(ICAEW). He holds a master degree in finance and accounts from University College London as well as he holds an MBA in Finance from IBA Karachi ( An Institute set up by Wharton Business School University of Pennsylvania). Khurram is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant as well as Fellow Chartered Manager from United Kingdom.
